Chapter 376: Fun Desert Island Life

As a result, even a medium-sized magic beast was easily subjugated. Looking at the beast, now scorched black in places, I spoke in amazement.

“……It wasn’t just repelled, it was exterminated. That’s amazing.”

When I muttered that, Till, who had been gathering wild vegetables, nodded and replied.

“Yes. Both of you are amazing.”

She replied with a cheerful smile, but that’s not what I mean. Their combat power is truly unbelievable. Perhaps if the opponent were a small country, the two of them could fight on equal terms.

It took a little time, but before long, a wall surrounding the log house was complete. Although made of Wood Blocks, it should be harder than an iron plate of the same thickness. Since I drove several pillars deep into the ground, I don’t think it will be easily knocked over.

“……Alright, is this about right?”

I muttered. Turning around, I found Panamera looking angry for some reason. Behind her, Till and Arte were laughing awkwardly.

“……Boy. No matter how I think about it, I think you are the abnormal one.”

“Eh?”

I tilted my head at Panamera’s words, then looked at the newly made wall again.

“……Really?”

“Most certainly.”

I asked back with a wry smile, but she agreed instantly. It seems that is the case.

“Well, if it means we can live a peaceful life, then it’s fine.”

“……Indeed.”

Though looking dissatisfied, Panamera accepted it and moved to the fallen magic beast. Till had butchered the deer while crying, but cutting up magic beast materials seemed like it would be difficult for her.

But, I decided to ask just in case.

“……Till, about this magic beast…… Ah, never mind.”

I intended to ask Till while pointing at the magic beast, but seeing her trembling with teary eyes, I gave up. No, I had expected this, so there is no problem.

From there, our desert island life continued, and before I knew it, it was the fourth day. Still no ship, but searching for an island far enough away not to be visible from Tribute must be quite difficult. We have no choice but to wait patiently.

I had various doubts, but seeing Panamera puff out her chest with a proud smile—and seeing it bounce—I decided none of it mattered.

“How was that? Not bad for a knight, right?”

“Y-Yes! A-Amazing!”
