“Why not?”

After her fit of laughter subsided, Panamera asked that. I crossed my arms and answered, showing my dissatisfaction through my attitude.

When I stated that, Panamera crossed her arms and nodded.

“I see.”

Panamera raised a voice of understanding and showed a gesture of tilting her head in thought. On the other hand, Arte rejoiced unreservedly.

Smiling at Arte, who was rejoicing as if it were her own matter, I pointed the tip of my index finger towards her.

“Of course, you too, Arte. Ms. Panamera’s and Dee’s power might certainly be great, but I think you also played a very important role, Arte. So, I want to reward everyone, including you.”

When Panamera gave her seal of approval, Arte stopped moving and blinked. Then, she teared up a little.

Panamera said that while laughing, lifted herself from the bed, and patted Arte’s head with one hand. Even though the motion was hearty, the hand patting her head was gentle.
